"Visit to see Urology nurse"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Urology

(as the patient),

I went to urology and saw a nurse called Kate.

I have a complicated history and am in much prostate pain.

Although she thought I was there to talk about UTI’s Kate listened carefully and I felt she had read my notes fully

One of the problems I have as a result of a botched procedure in another hospital is that I am totally incontinent. This means I go through 5 or six pads a day which is a strain on my pension.

Within a week, Kate had arranged for me to receive a large package of pads for which I am most grateful. Thank you
