"An absolute credit to the NHS"

I visited Louth Urgent Treatment Centre and I can honestly say they were nothing short of incredible thank you so much. I’m grateful that your service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because we arrived in the middle of the night for treatment. Very grateful for your kind, understanding, lovely staff. Extremely prompt treatment, treated with dignity and care in my most vulnerable moments. The lovely staff member was funny too, great bedside manner. I felt in very safe hands, with knowledgable, efficient staff providing care.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and you have helped me feel more comfortable seeking help in times of need. It's fantastic that we have a service so close to home that can offer minor procedures such as wound suturing, saving a trip to A&E that just wouldn't have been accessible and would have caused so much distress. You do an amazing job and you're an absolute credit to the NHS thank you!
