"Informative, caring but fun"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Surgery Victoria Hospital / Theatres

(as the patient),

The staff in the theatre were informative, caring but fun and worked as a tight-knit team. The levels of intelligence in the room were of the highest quality.

Aftercare - ward 52 staff were incredibly hard working, experienced and welcoming. They understood my needs and ensured I received them.

The fire alarm was activated during the night and they worked swiftly ensuring our ward was cleared safely with attentiveness. Members of staff made sure I was looked after as I couldn't walk post operation. Using a clean commode to move me showed their ability to think out of the box and improvise to meet my needs when they were up against it.

All staff were great but I can't remember all their names. Cara on the nightshift and Kevin on the dayshift stood out for me. Lovely people with great futures.
