"So kind, helpful and understanding"

I’ve been struggling since my son was 3 to get help and support my son didn’t get diagnosed until he was just over the age of 17. Over the last 6 months I’ve had help and support from AB with my sons hygiene behaviour. AB has gone above and beyond to help and support not only me but my son. She has not once been judgmental. She has been so kind, helpful and understanding. She has even helped to get other services involved, attended multiple meeting and even managed to get the GP involved after years of myself battling. AB is an absolute angel and a massive asset to the NHS.
