"The man, the myth, the absolute legend"

Had a arthroscopy surgery recently under the care of Mr Dobson and his outstanding team.

From the moment I came in, I felt listened to and cared about like I was more than just a statistic on a chart. I was well informed of each step of the surgical plan including the anaesthetic.

My post and pre operation care was second to none. Special shout out goes to Jayne and Micah who made sure I had everything I needed at all times.

The operating team I had was incredible. This is only my second operation that I've had in my whole life so I was terrified but everyone made me feel so at ease and explained everything going on.. 

Special shout-outs go to:- Heaven and Sara who held my hand throughout the operation, making jokes and also encouraging me to keep going when I wanted to give up, also to the amazing anaesthetist that administered my nerve block and sedation, thank you for making sure everything was okay and that my worries in regards to my respiratory issues were resolved. I'm sorry I can't remember your name but thank you xx

Finally, I want to say a big thank you(!) to the man, the myth, the absolute legend that is Mr Dobson, you are the most amazing orthopaedic surgeon/consultant I know!! Thank you for making me feel safe throughout and ensuring that my surgery went well and safe. You've made me feel like I may actually be able to live a decent and non restricted life.
