"very well run department"

I had my 1st visit to Respiratory Hub recently. I was very anxious re my appointment but without need.  When I entered the Hub I was greeted by lovely reception staff (who even offered me coffee). Cherie who did my breathing tests (bloods) ECG was very kind, caring and put me at ease by explaining everything she was doing.

Dr Eccles was also really lovely, she explained my condition, discussed options for treatment. She said she would ring me the following day which she did. She arranged for me to see the physio that day which I did. Lesley the physio was also really lovely. 

Overall, I found the Hub a very well run department i was there for a couple f hours in total, but everything was sorted on that day.
