In the 9 months that I have attended this service, my mental health and emotional outlook has transformed.
I regularly find myself utilising and relying upon techniques and lessons learned at the Recovery College. It is a fabulous service, delivered by amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate people.
My recovery has been driven by lessons at the College and many will stay with me.
