"Hard to get an appointment"

I would just like to thank Jane on the reception she always has time to listen whether it be over the phone or face to face. She is very professional, helpful and friendly. 

Regarding getting an appointment to see a doctor I think the service is abysmal 

The doctor I usually see only works twice a week so their diary is always full and to get to see them, I am told that their diary hasn’t come down so I can’t make an appointment and I have to keep going back to the surgery to see if their diary has  come down. I usually have to wait around four weeks before I see them.
