(as a service user),

After my recent stay in hospital fr breathlessness and diagnosed with heart failure - I was told I would be visited at home, and I was visited by the community Matron Debbie.

Well I cannot praise Debbie enough she is absolutely lovely and very very thorough of helpful. She puts my mind at rest after every visit after every visit i couldn't have anyone better.

She is fantastic
