"Knee replacement and in pain"

I had half my right knee replaced at least 8 years ago and its fine , but I was told I would need my left one doing also as soon as I was fit again , since then nothing no appointments no nothing , I can barley walk I am in constant severe pain , cant sleep ,and am fed up of being pushed  from pillar to post , being ignored , and given useless tablets by doctors who seem to think tablets will fix it , how stupid can you shower be , i need surgery , my treatment is as far as I can see is not in your interest you are a waste of time and need to wake up and sort me out . absolute disgrace I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone.
