"Patient, reassuring and threw in a few jokes too!"

Referred by my doctor to the above clinic for further investigation into my PMB bleeding. Did not wait long to be seen by Sonya and her assistants Gillian and Calley. Had a chat with Sonya about my medical history etc. A private toilet and changing facilities was provided within this specialised clinic which I was grateful for. I was extremely nervous about the examination but Sonya, Gillian and Calley reassured me the examination would not take long and chatted  and reassured me all the way through the ultrasound scan which took a few minutes. This scan was not too uncomfortable and easier tolerated than I expected. Sonya advised me nothing was amiss and no further investigation was required.

I was given leaflets and advice about ongoing preparations to use for PMB and that she would be informing my doctor about these. I was very impressed by the Sonya and her colleagues who were patient, reassuring and threw in a few jokes too!  I would reassure anyone if offered this Ultrasound Scan to take it.
