"Each stage carefully explained"

About: Community Services - (OPMH) / Older People's Mental Health Central

(as a relative),

We were understandably apprehensive before the home visit to asses my husband, who as memory and balance problems.

However, we shouldn't have worried, Edith (nurse) soon put us at ease.

The visit was carried out in a relaxed, informal atmosphere, much like having a chat amongst friends.

My husband was fine and Edith explained each stage carefully, making sure she understood every question or task.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience or working with the central OPMH team on care opinion.

I will share this feedback with Edith who I know will be happy to hear that although you was initially anxious you found that her approach was caring, compassionate and put you at ease.

Thank you again
