Dear Smcdougall

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such lovely feedback. It genuinely means a lot to hear that our Health Care Support Workers are making such a positive impression in the clinics.

I see first-hand the care and attention they give to every child, always with a gentle approach, a reassuring smile, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Their ability to connect with children and families in such a meaningful way is something very special, and I’m incredibly proud to work alongside them.

I’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to the team, I know it will lift their spirits and remind them just how valued they are.

Warmest thanks again,

Mhairi Stirrat
