(as the patient),

I meet a lovely lady called Mabel who helped me on my journey to getting better and dealing with my depression worry anxiety we had an instant connection the way she explained things was great and the way she taught me how to over come everything we talked about so calmly spoken and very understanding and polite and never made me feel like i asked a stupid question or gave a stupid arnsews she really has help me change my life thank you so much  x.

I am pleased to read that you find the experience with our service has been so positive and that you felt supported throughout your journey.

It is wonderful to know that you connected so well with Mabel, and her approach helped you to feel understood, empowered, and respected. Your words, "no question is a stupid question," truly reflect the values we uphold as a service. Our aim is to support clients in understanding their experiences and empowering them with the tools to overcome their challenges.
