DBT therapy for EUPD

One to one therapy, pin pointing the areas I required support for my mental health. Week by week, slowly working through my care plan.

I felt heard and supported. I wasn't judged, I was 'me',

At 52 years old, I finally feel listened to, heard and supported.

I now feel happy and very lucky to have met my therapist, she is a wonderful, caring, considerate, kind lady who I will be sad to leave but happy that I had met her, keep up the good work you are amazing, Joanne, Lauren, and Jackie, I will never forget these 3 ladies.

I thought I was unfixable, but here I am, happier than I have ever been.

I need to stay focused, stay positive and put all I have learnt into practice, daily.
