"The staff were all totally amazing"

I had an infection of my eye and was referred to the West of England Eye Clinic at Exeter hospital. I was offered a same day consultation after I had contacted 111, but since I was unable to travel the distance to the hospital that day, I was offered an an appointment a couple of days later. I had 2 follow up appointments after the initial consultation and was then discharged since the problem had been solved. On every occasion, the service I was given was wonderful. I was seen within a few minutes after arrival, the care I received was very professional, thorough, kind and efficient. The staff were all totally amazing in their attitude, the professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I have nothing but the highest praise for the treatment I received and I am so very grateful. Thank you so very much.
