Thank you for sharing your experience of the service. I work as one of the Team Managers within Doncaster Talking Therapies. I am sorry to hear about your experience and feeling patronised and that the therapist was rude. Please can you give us a call on 03000 211556 so we can look into this immediately and see what has happened. We can investigate this further and speak to the staff member and reallocate you to another therapist.
