"The physio ladies were brilliant"

I had physio with Lucy & students went through what was going on in my arthritic knee. They were very relaxing to talk to & helpful… was offered to the 6 weeks pain management classes, which I have just completed 👍.I was a bit apprehensive at first to start but so glad I did it, I learnt a lot how to deal with pain & manage it. I think I was getting better on gym equipment after 6 sessions but a lot I can do at home. The Physio ladies were brilliant, very helpful & lovely . I very much enjoyed my sessions, had a good group as well...I hope they are as positive as I am. Thank you to everyone….🤗.
