About: John Eastwood Hospice (inpatient)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would like to express our thanks for the care and attention you gave my uncle. You gave him back his dignity and made his last couple of weeks as comfortable as possible.

I hope you are able to continue the excellent work you do.
