(as a parent/guardian),

Today we came to clinic 3 for my 2 year old to get bloods taken. Previously this has been traumatic and distressing to get bloods on the ward so naturally I was concerned. I could not believe the nurses and play worker had us in and out in 5 mins, got blood first time and yes he cried but nothing like previous times which took up to an hour and several doctors.

Getting this appointment on a Saturday was also helpful so Dad could attend. Thank you so much to the team.
