"Uncomfortable chair"

I regularly attend for blood tests and venisections.

The staff are absolute diamonds especially my phlebotomist.

I have just one problem. They have a new chair which I sit in for treatment. Unfortunately it's the most uncomfortable ill designed chair ever. More akin to a dental chair badly designed and uncomfortable. Aberdeen Royal infirmary chairs where they do bloods much better. Please please if possible replace.
