I attended dermitology at Heavitree Hospital, and wish to record the great service I received.
I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and then by an efficient helpful and jolly nurse to whom I gave my details.
Beverley met me and took me to the procedure room, she was charming and friendly throughout my time there.
Dr Al-Nuaimi was an excellent surgeon, efficient, extremely kind, thoughtful, and very gentle. She explained the procedure in great detail, which I understood, and at every stage she asked if I was ok, very reassuring of her.
Thank you so much for a superb service.
