About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Therapy Hub - Occupational Therapy Doncaster

(as a relative),

My mum received a fast track referral for palliative end of life care. The support from OT, Nicky ws excellent. Very prompt visits and phone calls. The assessment and explanation to my Mum was very thorough. Also follow up calls and visits for the equipment were prompt. Nicky was very courteous throughout all the calls and visits.
