Crohns sufferer of over 30 years, having a flare up and needed advice and medication. Called IBD helpline after 9.30am, message stated it is out of the hours the services runs then proceeds to say the hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am promptly... but it wasn't open at all that day.
I had to call 111 instead and await a call back. What has happened to the IBD service? It used to be so good, now you just can't get any help, and when you're feeling this unwell the last thing you need is more stress.
