"Helpful staff"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

My gran fell and fractured her knee recently. She continued to talk about  how good the care was that she received and how helpful all the staff were especially Lisa who made her feel that nothing was a bother and explained everything very well.

Thank you.

Dear ABone,

Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a care opinion, — I'm so glad to hear your gran felt well cared for during her visit to the Minor Injury Unit, that sounded such a painful injury. It’s wonderful to know that Lisa made such a positive impression helping your gran feel at ease and clearly explained everything. I will pass on your kind words to all of the team — they’ll be delighted to know their care made a real difference. Wishing your gran a smooth and speedy recovery.

with very kind regards,

Karen
