I arrived at the hospital on time. I was administered without any problems and within an hour had my operation. The staff were welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly.

My name is Tanya McBain, I am one of the charge nurses of the national treatment centre ward. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this lovely feedback for our staff.
I am pleased to hear that you felt our staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly, we aim to ensure that each person has a person centred approach to care throughout there stay.
