Recently, I went up town, halfway, the on/off button on my electric wheelchair stopped working. I managed to get back home with the help of my carer, I put on the charger right way but still wouldn't work. Mick from WestMARC came on the next day, explained to him what had happened to my chair and how it wont work, after inspecting it, he told me the battery needed to be changed and it would take some days to get it fixed up, after explaining how important it was that I get my chair fixed before the weekend, otherwise I would be struggling, he phoned his boss, Chris, who approved that he take the chair away and get the battery changed. Mick told me it was gonna take a few days to get a new battery and get it fixed but was surprised when he came back at about 10.40 the morning after with my chair fixed. I am so happy he was able to fix it less than 24hrs and wouldn't have to wait all weekend!
Thank you very much Mick for fixing my chair for me
