"Undated prescription"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I was awaiting my appointment for nearly a year. On the appointment I was told that others have it worse. Also, the Dr was very unprofessional and forgot to date my prescription which I was then unable to use as the pharmacy told me it's not legal for them to use an undated prescription. Now it is impossible to contact the department to correct their mistake and I'm very overwhelmed and can't start to use medication for my disability. This was a Canterbury department.

I am so sorry to read that you had such a bad experience.

Please could you contact me via my department email address which is ekhuft.patientvoice@nhs.net and I will try to look into your concerns.

If you could email with your DOB, Postcode and NHS Number it will help me to speak to the appropriate staff.

Kind regards

Josh
