(as the patient),

I went to breast clinic with a suspicious lump in my breast .

The doc, Miss Sharma, was so so very kind and listened to me. She treated me with total respect and kindness as did the HCA who was assisting her .It was so nice to have someone take the time to care about me as a person .

The radiology department were very kind and respectful also, especially the lady who did the mammogram. I was feeling vulnerable and anxious but everyone made the whole process manageable.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent visit to the Radiology department whilst staying at the hospital.

It is understandable that by having this type of scan patients may find the experience extremely distressing and unsettling. I am so pleased to hear that the Radiographers were able to make you feel less vulnerable and anxious.
