(as a service user),

Just want to say thank you so much to nurse Cathy in RVH OPD. My 2 girls had to have genetic testing done, every correspondence with Cathy was very professional and friendly, putting my girls and myself at ease re tests and results.

Thankfully my 2 girls don't carry the gene which was excellent news for them but Cathy you made the process so much easier for us all thank you so much.

I have passed this onto Cathy and she was absolutely delighted.

I am glad to hear that your experience through outpatients and the Genetic testing was a good experience and that the care you received was excellent.
