About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I had an appointment with Dr Taggart.

 I want to compliment Karlie the student nurse who attended to me.  She introduced herself was extremely attentive and showed compassion.  These attributes are not always present among staff working within the caring profession.  As  a patient you are extremely vulnerable and this is often not taken into consideration. Thank you again Karlie for your help.
