"Gentle, kind and informative"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I recently visited Stoke Mandeville ED for a deep laceration through my nail and thumb, I was treated by an Emergency Nurse Practitioner called Joanne, she saw me shortly after my arrival triaged and assessed my wound

She was efficient, demonstrating her skill and knowledge in caring for such wounds. She was gentle, kind and informative throughout with clear guidance of aftercare, and signs to look out which would need me to return

I am grateful we are lucky enough to have people as skilled and kind as Joanne to care for me and our local community

Joanne is a great asset to to your team

My finger is healing nicely
