Alasdair at IRH Rheumatology Physio department got me sorted!  He was very thorough in getting an update on changes to my health and medications, performed an ultrasound on my hands and was able to give me a steroid injection.  This is amazing because due to my job, having to arrange to come back is so difficult as I cannot request time off from my work without being penalised, and with chronic illness I need a lot.  Can't thank him enough!
