(as the patient),

Amazingly, called up Whipton Hospital for a last-minute cancellation. The lady on reception was excellent... friendly, smiling and efficient. 10/10.

Waited in reception (aren't these places uniformly boring and dull - somebody must be able to dream up a more interesting environment (Maybe some 'Doctor, Doctor jokes, plants, quizes?) Anyway - 5/10 - average!).

Appointment on time and seen by a friendly, approachable  and understanding physio (D'Arcy) who pushed and pulled me through a range of movement and prescribed some exercises 10/10

Great NHS experience.... though, obviously, I don't want to go back! 😀

Thanks so much for your feedback on your experience of your Physiotherapy appointment. I have passed on your comments to the administration service line manager and she will make sure the reception staff are aware of your feedback. She will also review the waiting area to see if there is some simple cost free options to make some improvement.

I will also make sure your positive comments regarding the Physiotherapist are passed on.
