(as a parent/guardian),

Reported a fault on my daughter’s wheelchair less than 24 hours a text informing me that an engineer will be in contact soon. Five days later a phone call letting me know that they will be with me within another two days to the house to repair the wheelchair.

On arrival to the house lovely engineer, same one we’ve had many times, repaired the wheelchair  in a timely manner- very friendly and fantastic service as always, thank you.
