"Staff attitudes of appointment"

I have missed my MRI scan and because I was late for 15 minutes due the department address, I went into gynaecology department and they have directed me. Therefore I was refused to be seen and the appointment was scheduled and cancelled twice and again they have booked a date without consulting me.

I also told the person that I have spoken to after the last appointment which that appointment was cancelled and when I tried explained my situation with staff and a manager and told that they will cancel my appointment if I am not coming, and I have to get new referral. Of course I am not happy and this getting my nerves and stressed and depressed of this all situation.
