"Discharged and breaking my confidentiality"

About: Adult mental health / CMHT North East Adult mental health / York Access and Crisis

(as a service user),

I self refereed to the talking therapies team (IAPT)  a few weeks ago, after being discharged from the CMHT. I recieved a call from somebody in the IAPT but I was out so said they would call me back the following Friday I never received a call back the following Friday at all!

I have then been sent an email this morning saying I was now discharged from the team as they'd been unable to contact me for a number of weeks which is untrue they made one contact and that was it. So I wouldn't say calling a patient one time is them making contact so what a lie that is.

Honestly it's getting worse and no doubt this review will be followed up by a "please put a complaint in" we do complain and guess what it nothing happens. Not to mention the crisis team also breaking my confidentiality after I attended A&E last week in a crisis and they passed out information to another service that was nothing to do with MH teams.

Even after they said to me before this so called assessment started that what was said in this room would be confidential..... ohh and what makes it even worse is I've had contact with this place who they had apparently spoken to and they've told me they've not spoken to the crisis team, so why did the crisis team tell me they had?

I'm still being refused access to CMHT as according to them I need to think about engaging with them in a proper manner, well respect is earned and not just given. They respect me and I'd respect them but they don't respect anybody.

I'm just left suffering like this!
