(as a service user),

I was looked after by Sarah one off the CoMC from i found out I was pregnant.. and during my Labour and also after I give birth, one off the kindest most helpful persons I met during my pregnancy experience, give me a very high standard of care and was there from start to finish for me I couldn't thank her enough, all staff involved in my pregnancy journey was lovely and couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks again everyone.

Dear Jess1993,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your experience of care within the Continuity of Midwifery Care (CoMC) Team based in the Mater.

I will share your kind words with your named midwife Sarah and the whole CoMC team.

I am delighted that you had such a positive experience and that the standard of care that you received was of such a high standard. Women who know their midwives develop trusting relationships that help them feel supported and listened too.

As a new service we really benefit from hearing first hand from the women within our Continuity caseloads especially about their experience of the care that they have received throughout their antenatal, labour and birth and postnatal journey.

This honest feedback can really help shape our services and ensure that we continue to place women, babies and their families at the heart of everything that we do.

I wish you and your new family all the best and I hope should you choose to use maternity services again you will request to have care with the Continuity of Midwifery Care Team.
