Beacon Medical Group are the worst service I have ever used. Other services are having to pick up the pieces, and the fall out, from Beacon not doing what they should be doing to help their patients. I feel my children have received an extremely negligent service. My daughter has been shouted at by a practitioner, my son was almost admitted to hospital because they failed to diagnose him with Tonsillitis, Strep, and conjunctivitis despite the obviously symptoms. I have been screamed at by a GP on the phone, and hung up on because of genuine concerns regarding my children- who are both under 4! I cannot continue to trust them with my family's health and wellbeing.
