"Kidney stone"

About: Stone treatment Centre: Northern Ireland Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL)

(as the patient),

Several weeks ago i suffered a lot if pain i. Relation to a kidney stone. I attended my local ED and was referred to the Stone treatment center. I have had two treatments both of which were carried out by staff at the stone center.

The whole experiance was flawless and the whole process was explained in detail by the staff at the center. I found the staff very welcoming and very caring, always enquiring if i was OK and understood what was flgoing on.

I can nit say enough about the staff and the whole process. If anyone finds themselves referred to the center I would say have no worries about any of it. I found it to be a positive experiance.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on the ESWL service.

We acknowledge that attending for treatments can be a daunting experience and we aspire to making the process as streamlined and transparent as possible. We are grateful that your experience was reassuring and positive. This feedback helps us continue to develop the service.

Many thanks again
