My son was in getting his tonsils removed recently. We were both very nervous (mummy more than my son), but all the doctors and nurses made us smile and laugh all day, even throughout the questionnaires! The nurses couldn’t have been more attentive, smiley and they all give every patient the same energy. This definitely made my little boy's first hospital experience very, very easy. Thank you to all the girls at the Victoria hospital in the children’s ward for helping my son, you are all amazing!
