In the last 3 years I have had to use the services of the NHS on a number occasions 2 heart attacks followed by other issue's. Hand on heart I am humbled at the quality of care I received in various wards and numerous Nurses.
I would not be alive today without the quick intervention of Nicole from a Cardio Ward in the RAH Paisley her and her colleagues who managed to resuscitate me in August 22 and whom I met again in Feb this year following a 2nd heart attack. I am truly glad to have had the opportunity to thank her wholeheartedly for her quick action that saved me.
During this time I have attended the Hospital on a number of occasions but thankfully for less serious issues. I have always found the nursing staff helpful caring and professional in their work.
An accident today and a card given to me by Jackie from minor Injuries at the RAH has prompted me to detail some of my very positive experience and give feedback on that.
Jackie if you happen to read my comments thank you so much for the care you took in fixing my finger. From my arrival at the hospital to leaving took not time at all and the treatment was as good as you could ask for.
