I wanted to thank everyone who has been involved in the care for my husband.
From the Cancer team, an especial thankyou for Dr Sim who has provided amazing care, been contactable and supportive throughout once even visiting my husband in A&E to ensure he did not miss a critical appointment.
The hospital staff who have looked after him during his multiple admissions.
The Florence Nightengale team who have been our rock during the whole year.
Everyone has been amazing and I have a new level of apprciation for the care and support that everyone provides.
