I visited the Pre Assessment Unit Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy, where I was assessed by nurse Jeanette
Nurse Jenette explained everything I needed to know about my assessment and future operation on my knee, very clear and professional.
Also nurse Megan who took my blood samples and checked weight, height etc. was friendly and reassuring during the whole process.
My appointment was on time, during the whole process it was clear, reassuring, friendly and professional from all the staff.
