When I first started therapy, I wasn’t sure I’d feel comfortable with a male therapist. I was hesitant and unsure if I’d be able to open up. But from the very beginning, Conor made me feel safe and understood. He was kind, patient, and had a gentle way of making even the harder conversations feel easier. His sense of humour also helped create a relaxed and open space.
English isn’t my first language, and sometimes I found it hard to express exactly what I meant — but Conor was always patient. He listened carefully and helped me find the right words without ever making me feel rushed or misunderstood.
After almost two years of being a mum, I had started to lose myself. Through this therapy, I began to reconnect with who I am beyond just being a wife and a mother. It reminded me that I’m still me — and that my voice, needs, and identity matter.
I’m truly grateful for this experience. It helped me feel ME again, and that’s something I really needed. I needed to re connect with my self.
