I apologise to the reception staff. This is the first time I have called the 999 for an ambulance, when my kid was running and fell off, hitting somewhere around his eye (I could not see which area clearly as it was bleeding a lot).
I called the emergency service and was extremely nervous after providing some information. Finally, I was not in a condition to make decision, and hung up, deciding to drive to hospital by myself.
Then my phone was ringing and I did not have time to answer. When I took my kid downstairs I just saw the paramedics waiting for us.
I have been blaming myself about my behaviour. What I can do next, is, to be grateful for those, who helps others.
