I recently had an appointment with CTAC Nurses at Ladybank, Fife, to have blood taken. My Mum was not well and I had to take her to the Doctors Surgery first beside the Nurses at Howe of Fife Surgery. I phoned the nurses to say I was sorry, explained my position that I might be a little late as I had to take Mum to the Doctors. I was assured this was okay and to come when I could. Caroline and Andrew fitted me in as I was past my appointment time and said there was no problem and took my blood. They are so friendly every time Mum and myself see them, nothing is a bother and we always have a little banter with them. I cannot thank them enough. It’s such a pleasure to visit all the nurses and staff at Ladybank. A huge thank you.
