"GP practice - accessibility"

My mother in law has recently undergone surgery and had a discharge letter and physio referral which needed to be delivered to her GP practice. As her mobility is still restricted we offered to do this for her but were unable to do so because she was discharged at the weekend and her GP practice - Mid Ulster Health Care - is located in South Tyrone Hospital and there is no mail/letter box which is accessible when the practice is closed. This meant that we had to take time off work to deliver the letters.
