"A foot injury"

About: Wycombe Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had clearly done something to my foot and before accessing physio care , I wanted to check with a professional that I hadn’t done anything serious to it . I phoned my GP surgery and they said I had to go to the Minor Injuries Unit in High Wycombe as I probably needed an X-ray ( I wasn’t assessed by a GP)

I was taken there straight away and the service was excellent - from the receptionist to the doctor !

I was thoroughly assessed and examined , sent for an X-ray and advised on future treatment and when to progress with physio.

Very often we hear of negative experiences but I cannot fault any of the staff here . They were professional , informed and had a smile on their faces .

Delighted - thank you all 😊
