The Doctor booked me in for blood work appointment at the treatment room. One of the receptionists phoned me to cancel my appointment, they said they could give me another which was wholly unacceptable, and I said this wasn't acceptable. Patients deserve better treatment than this and because I said it wasn't acceptable I've been left without an appointment without the blood work being carried out. I feel like my health cares is not being treated seriously.
